Job Description

Initiate and generate ideas, involved in creative strategic thinking, create visual direction and of its application for various projects ranging from branding, copywritting, print, and digital media.
Accurately execute and also approved creative works based on inputs from creative director or related business/ strategic team
Ensure that all approved creative work meets the requires quality standards, timelines, and budget.
Oversee all creative works printing and production process
Able to lead and grow the creative team, effectively manage timeline and oversee project execution
To independently or collaboratively work with creative team, other divisions, and also outsorced independents.

Minimum Qualifications

Sense of leadership, self-motivated, passionate, and highly organized.
Have a good people relationship management skill and excellent communication skill
Has a good knowledge in photography,web design, editing video, and typhography
Able to operating Adobe Ilustrator/ Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and In Design
Aware of the latest creative and digital knowledge/ trends
Adaptability in managing on various projects and tight deadlines
Good time management skills and strong attention to details.
Strong portfolio with demonstrable problem solving skills
