Brand & Sales Lead (Cosmetic Product)  

Job Scope:

Responsible for build, develop and implement brand & sales strategies as well as ensuring that everything is integrated into all company sales and promotion materials so as to increase company revenue.

Job Description:

• Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors' activities.
• Create and implement a strategy in line with the target market.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, & programs.
• Build brain awareness and increase brand value.
• Increase product sales and market share.
• Achieve sales targets by managing the sales team
• Design and implement a business plan to grow and expand the company's customers.
• Build and establish cooperative relationships with customers by identifying customer needs.
• Provide reports & forecasts of sales, income and expenses to management.

• At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Bachelor degree in any communication, advertising, or marketing major.
• Strong in verbal & written communication
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Proven ability to develop brand and sales strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
