Job Description
- Validating credit & financial data and information of customer that are applying for credit or loans to determine risk for the bank.
- Data verifications for Jenius loan application, including :
- Desk verification
- Phone verification
- Field verification (if needed)
- Data screening for non STP Jenius loan application
- Reconcile customer’s validation result files
- Support for credit operations dashboard/ data processing and customer support i.e late payment penalty refund, closing facility letter, etc.
- Keep up to date with BTPN lending protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
