Job Description
- Executing digital campaigns strategy to increase activation and improve usage of customers and maintaining programs that educate customers on product functionality.
- Create marketing programs which add value to Jenius products and attract customers to use Jenius by giving relevant messaging and use cases through multiple touch points with using persona.
- Implementing, and maintaining programs that educate customers on product functionality through the use of marketing automation.
- Demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams, developing and implementing strategic and operational plans, launching products, driving measurable results, and achieving exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Help customers fully engage with their products by helping to advise customer on best use of their products
- Finding out what drives customers, what their needs, and analyze these insights to develop or improve a product/service.
- Understand digital marketing to digitize interaction with customer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree from top university.
- 2 years of experience in a marketing with a focus on customer activation.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong knowledge of digital channel preferably has experience in marketing and customer engagement.
- Motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with local market and regulatory requirements.
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to engage with different departments and ensure that projects are done timely and accurately.
- High curiosity.
- Enjoy data crunching.
