Head of Software Engineering  

Responsibilities:

• Oversees frontend and backend engineering teams and lead them to develop, document, and maintain cutting-edge applications

• Manages software development projects by setting targets and timelines

• Develops and executes engineering strategy for the company

• Reviews all documents related to product requirement and participate in product brainstorming sessions

• Leads development and implementation of new product features

• Monitors performance of systems and suggests improvements

• Provides technical consultation and expertise to stakeholders

• Stimulates hiring, career plans, trainings, and performance reviews to software engineering team

• Coaches and mentors software engineering team

• Implements innovative technologies

• Coordinates with external stakeholders for integrations and tools

• Reviews and updates policies relevant to internal systems and equipment

We are looking for a Head of Software Engineering who will lead the Frontend and Backend engineering teams and help the company build great products. He/she will oversee software development plans from ideation to execution; and ensure systems are operating securely and effectively. The Head of Software Engineering must be updated with the latest technologies so as to utilize and maximize them to fulfill product requirements.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience in frontend and backend development

• Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP)
