Job Description
Primary Responsibility:
- Planning, implementing, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including financial & managerial accounting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, taxation and negotiations.
- Be the CEO liaison during fundraising event and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.
- Ensuring company's legality and compliance to regulations established by the authority.
Duties:
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the management team
- Managing cashflow
- Overseeing the preparation and validating accuracy of all financial reporting and tax reporting
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Providing support during fundraising event
- Reviewing all formal finance and compliance related needs and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional can-do attitude & relentlessly resourceful
- Exceptional strategic, analytical and critical thinking with strong ability to make good decisions, take actions and make things happen
- MBA or Bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial management practices.
- Proven experience in senior management position with excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant is a plus
