Who We Are
Headquartered in Makati, the Kalibrr Marketing Team functions as Kalibrr’s official in-house full-service agency.
As part of the Philippine Marketing Team, the SEO Associate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as website optimization, content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Search Engines.
Along with exploring new ideas and concepts, you must be guided by a belief that data should always back strategic decisions. While it’s great that you can work independently and manage your time well, it’s even better if you also enjoy working with a team. And, of course, we need you to be passionate about developing search engine relevant content.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Setup an overall SEO Strategy
- Develop and execute On and off-page SEO strategies across a diverse mix of web properties to ensure Kalibrr's website is ranked on the first page of search engines for targeted keywords.
- Monitor SEO result that impact to increase in website traffic from organic search
- Create detail strategy report over page ranking + domain authority
- Research competitor keywords, rank, organic backlinks and advertise backlink
2. Site Audit and Optimization
- Conduct monthly onsite and offsite technical audit; identify issues and opportunities; implement fix and updates using SEO Best practices
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics
- Work with the Product Team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Collaborate with another stakeholder and external vendor if necessary to ensure website are optimized as per SEO best practices
3. Content Keyword Optimization and Backlink Building
- Optimize blog content, landing pages, and social media for SEO
- Identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
- Work closely with the rest of the Marketing Team to source and develop new and unique web content that will enhance the user experience and drive conversations via organic traffic growth.
- Implement link building campaign
- Source and Manage 3rd party websites to improve backlink performance
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Have 2-3 years of experience in SEO (From software companies will be an advantage)
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- In-depth experience with SEO analytics tools (Buzzsumo, SEMRush, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search console - or willing to learn independently)
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Hreflang, and Javascript.
- Good working knowledge of Technical On-Page SEO (Meta tags, URL, broken link, indexing, etc)
- Understand SEO best practice and keep updated on how the SEO algorithm has changed over the decade.
- Proven experience as a collaborative team player
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
