Who We Are
Headquartered in Makati, the Kalibrr Marketing Team functions as Kalibrr’s official in-house full-service agency.
As part of the Philippine Marketing Team, the Events Associate will implement and manage Kalibrr events and all related projects to support jobseeker signups and client attraction.
We’re looking for a team member who has the creativity to come up with new ideas while having a roll-up-your-sleeve attitude to implement plans flawlessly. If you enjoy the hustle and bustle of building an event from the ground up, we’d very much want to work with you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement events for Kalibrr from brainstorming, execution, and evaluation
- Ensure that all events follow the timeline, within the approved budget, and meet the objectives
- Monitor marketing promotions of the event
- Manage events in partnership with or sponsored by clients/brands/companies or other partnership opportunities for Kalibrr
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors such as sponsors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to mount the event
- Provide on-site event support
- Provide management reports including return on investment on a weekly and monthly basis
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in events management or project management
- Deep understanding of different event functions such as logistics, stage management, tech, talent management, sponsors, creatives, etc.
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Existing network with suppliers, vendors, etc. is highly preferred
