Job Description
- Successfully in managing preparations for all partnership and other job seekers events using PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc. with direction from growth teams.
- Assist in planning, implementation, documentation, and preparation for all partnership and other job seekers events.
- Support entire growth teams in all areas of the social media and activation process.
- Managing participants for all event preparations
- Contact and manage partners for any needed discussion
- Help to prepare any needed material for podcast, webinar and other content creation.
- Conduct market research regarding the recruitment industry, job seekers, and employers
- Managing good relation with partnership and media
- Provide any necessary support across the team as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student from reputable university or fresh graduate
- GPA >= 3.5
- Dedication and proactiveness to contribute ideas and provide solutions
- Solid understanding and appreciation of Branding, Marketing, and Communications
- Strong individual contributor but an equally strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellence in article writing
- Must have great organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn
- have a working understanding of partnership sales and partnership marketing tactics, processes and procedures that drive value for partners.
- Can join the internship program for at least 3 months
- Can join ASAP
