Job Description
- Manage Kalibrr's social recruitment project designated for specific clients
- Tune up and prepare business plan to scale the business model
- Search and close clients
- Conduct research on clients' recruitment and sourcing needs
- Creating sourcing strategies and campaigns relevant to our client's markets
- Ensuring positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Facilitate training and education for clients
- Customer relationship management
- Hire, manage and train social recruitement team member
- Attend to client requests
- Provide support as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly personable, analytical and creative
- Organized and has a keen eye for details
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes
- Min of 3 years working experience in HR recruitment, field sales or head hunter
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
