Kalibrr is looking for quality engineers to help us test our recruitment and assessment platform as we scale to thousands of customers. As a quality engineer, you’ll be creating ways for Kalibrr to uphold the highest quality standards.

On the way, you’ll be joining us in making testing frameworks and implementing processes to improve the quality of our product. Your impact will be affecting our recruitment platform that currently serves over 1,200,000 jobseekers and 9,000 companies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders on writing specifications that represent feature scenarios on our platform
• Maintain and improve our current automated testing frameworks
• Collaborate with QE and others developers through code reviews, meetings, etc.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QE standards, processes and procedures
• Analyze testing results such that it can be presented in a business relevant form to key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in system-level QA Testing, Web, and mobile application testing
• Experience with test automation frameworks ( i.e. Selenium, Cucumber, Behave, Protractor)
• Experience in writing Javascript (or Typescript) code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing web applications
• Experience in testing web applications, and writing test cases
• Familiar with Angular and testing angular applications
• Familiar with the concepts of BDD and writing Gherkin files
• Proficient in the use of job scheduling and build automation platforms like Jenkins
• Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries to perform data verification and set up test data
• Vast knowledge in testing techniques to cover all possible corner cases for testing, verification, and validation techniques
