Job Description
- Developing and managing the teams excel databases, undertaking analysis and reporting for ongoing research projects and client consultancy reports.
- Collection and management of data from a range of global resources, including difficult-to-source data on new markets or sub-markets
- Contributing to a diverse range of research projects and tasks, often working across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Report writing
- Responding to ad hoc requests
- Communicating and meeting with other analysts to compare research processes and projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have work experience in the real estate industry (preferably from top direct competitors) and with research/site acquisition background.
- Must be skilled in research, negotiation, management of resources, and judgement &; decision-making.
- Knowledgeable in customer & personal service, communications & media, and economics &; accounting
