Job Description
- University graduate preferably hold a degree in law or legal related field is a plus.
- Preferably with at least 7 years working experience plus three years supervisory/management working experience.
- Dynamic and strong leadership skills
- Strongly customer oriented and owns excellent customer service experience; experience in MLM Company would be a plus.
- Fluent English capabilities especially in reading, writing; good verbal & written communication skills.
- Good administrative skills with hands-on computer skills, able to use Windows, MS office package software.
- Able to organize workload for effective implementation.
- Ability to solve problems and challenges and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-motivated and highly attentive to details and follow-up.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Plan, direct and control day-to-day functions of assigned areas. Regularly interact with staff and functional peer group managers to oversee daily operations.
- Lead ethical investigations and liaise with the local management and staffs in the Philippines to provide ethical guidance & training to Members.
- Research, investigate, complete FFS and work with the team (local, RO and HO) and local management research/resolve ethical and Sales & Marketing Plan violations.
- Act as local file approver to review and approve local files per the approval grid.
- Provide daily supervision and guidance for MBPC staff and strive to complete files within target timeline.
- Review all requests of advertising from Members and also handles advertising violation. These include violations from newspapers, Internet and posters.
- Travel as the need arises to attend Member conferences dealing with delicate and volatile issues and participate as a trainer/spokesperson and otherwise on Member Ethics and Compliance worldwide seminars. Attend local Member or Leadership meeting in different regions of Philippines and answering Member’s questions related to Rules & Regulations and provide related information regarding the Company’s rules and regulations.

On an annual basis, responsible for the accurate preparation of the Department’s budget and employee reviews, as applicable.

Follows the escalation/complaints procedure guidelines for all instances of Member contact where a complaint occurs or where you lack either the knowledge or information to resolve at point of contact and /or the given complaint may explode to external agencies, legal instances, etc.

Work with local management team and lead the local Ethics Education/Training projects. Conduct trainings at HOT/Advance HOT programs for new Supervisors/TAB members to expand Distributor knowledge of how to conduct their business in an ethical manner in order to prevent files being generated and improve their profitability.

Ensures that precise statistics are held according to given parameters and reporting needed.

Submit the reports/statistics to the Philippines and/or local management on request.

Ensure the team completes all clerical responsibilities associated with the above, including but not limited to letter correspondence, e-mail, telephone work, general filing, and computer work.
