Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing product information, solutions and relevant details to customers. You are expected to be sociable with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's questions.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. They will be required to:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding payment issues, account, and booking related concerns via multiple contact channels (Email, Chat, Phone, Social Media)
- Manage resolution efforts on account and booking related issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience at a call center serving US or Australian clients
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required)
- Attention to detail
- Passion and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of Australian and American culture, e-commerce industry (preferred)
- Experience in Photography preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and Google Docs
- Amenable to work flexible schedules, which includes night shifts spanning multiple time zones and can include weekends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
