Job Description

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and lifestyle of the client
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
  • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Perform an incisive and insightful market and competitive research
  • Receives and processes inbound sales queries from clients via telephone, email and social media messaging facilities
  • Utilize Hubspot tool to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
  • Processes, tracks, codes and manages internal reports in a timely and accurate manner through the use of various computer systems
  • Qualify leads assigned on a daily basis and updates information on the database as necessary
  • Works all aspects of the sales process, taking support lead from the Chief Curator, on solution development, proposal delivery, order processing, and collection as needed, or as directed by management
  • May perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALITIES OF IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Four-year college degree from a reputable college/university (preferred undergraduate courses: Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy) or working experience equivalent.
  • Has 1-3 yrs experience in media and marketing.
  • Mac/PC proficiency, experience managing sales functions through CRM and Hubspot is a plus.
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload.
  • Open for fresh grads

ACCOUNTABILITIES & PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Sales & Activity Quotas - engages and manages activity with prospects and leads to achieve deal closure at the quickest possible time.
  • Records Keeping - effectively manages and files all records for the sales transactions and other customer related transactions for the team.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Completes required training and development objective in the assigned time frame.
