Job Description
This person will play a leading role in the growth team that advises on/iterates business strategy and product on the most used locally developed consumer app in the PHL. The job scope will evolve and expand subject to business needs and personal goals.
He/she will be reporting to the CEO, working with the CMO, data analysts and some of the marketing team on a daily basis.
He/she will be responsible for growing key metrics of activation, retention and revenue.
This involves:
- Data analysis and user surveys using internal and 3rd party tools
- Building new brand key
- Running A/B tests to determine new product features and optimisations to business model
- Segmenting our user base and formulating CRM and campaign strategies to grow metrics for each
- Working with CRM manager to implement and test ongoing changes to our CRM
- Building our growth team and assisting with organisational planning
- Ad- hoc growth projects
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years product and marketing experience in startup tech
- Experience working with teams across organizations and key stakeholders
- Background in implementing new app features
- Excellent in strategy, follow-through, & execution; possesses a growth mindset & can-do attitude
- High level of proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, SQL, & data analytics experience and Google Office Suite alternatives
