Job Description
Recruitment
• Coordinates with all internal unit Head for their manpower requirements.
• Maintains relationships with head-hunters and external selection providers if necessary
• Documents the job descriptions and position requirements before processing Screens, interview and give offers to the candidates for the vacant posts
• Coordinates with Operations Director the offer sheet and compensation structure
• Provides industry studies on compensation/ benefits/ recruitment services
• Conceptualizes strategies for hiring and retaining employees
Benefits Management
• Maintains the benefits structure of the company
• Recommends best practices to management if necessary, create and recommends Employee handbook and Internal policies
• Demonstrated experience in processing Philippine government mandatory benefits
• Monitor the regularization date of probationary employee Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes, and achievements.
Training and Development
• Responsible for onboarding and developing employee skills as well as creating and maintaining training guidelines and programs for existing employee feedback.
• Provide training to new hires in support of their objectives and assisting them to perform their job efficiently.
• Develops, implements, and modifies training programs to ensure effectiveness
• Creates useful presentations and visual materials for training
• Creates training intervention for any specific type of employee weakness and area of improvement
• Reports individuals' progress and identifies additional training needs
• Assist in program development with new products and/or services
• Provides monitoring, evaluating and recording effective training activities
• Design, improve, create or publish a training manual for both new hires and tenured employees
• Publish training reports and recommendations to immediate supervisor.
• Recommends best practices to Management if necessary
Others
• Highly organized and capable of efficiently managing the filling system of confidential information
• Demonstrated ability to handle information requiring confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work to start ASAP
