Job Description

  • Direct and control all human resources and administrative service function such as strategy and policy formulation, organizational planning, manpower and recruitment, training and organizational development, payroll addministration, employee services, facility management and security.
  • Advise on a wide variety of sensitive human capital issues (i.e. discipline, hiring promotions, work shifts, etc.) to assist management in effective decision-making and to enforce all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment process (i.e. advertising vancancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, new employee on-boarding, etc.) to maintain the optimum manpower count and organizational capability.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, seminars (ie. personal actions, administrative procedures, regulatory requirements, etc.) to identify issues or gaps, develop recommendations and serve as management representative.
  • Investigate employee grievances (i.e. sexual harassment, pay and incentives, assignment disputes, etc.) to reach resolutions for a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain manual and electronic document files and records (i.e. background information, employee 201 files, vacancy listings, applicant database, etc.) to provide accurate information and to comply regulatory requirements and established guidelines.
  • Monitor staffing budget, department budget allocations, expenditures and related financial activities to ensure allocations are accurate.
  • Prepares a wide array of written materials (i.e. plans, budget, funding requests, investigative reports, analyses, recommendations, etc.) to document activities and issues, meet compliance requirements, provide audit references, make presentations and provide supporting documents for requested actions.
  • Recommend policies, procedures and actions to provide directions for meeting the company's goals and objectives.
  • Research information (i.e. organizational culture, compensation, etc.) to develop new plans and programs, ensure compliance, secure general information and respond to various issues/concerns.
  • Respond to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources (i.e. staffing, conflicts in policies and regulations, compensation, etc.) to identify relevant issues and recommend an implementation/remediation plan.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities of the company (i.e. legal issues, order, cleamliness, safety and security, etc.)
  • Ensure all government mandated requirements for trucks and facilities are accomplished and updated on-time

Other Duties

  • Drive committed and effective incident management
  • Ensure corporate safety protocols and programs are cascated and implemented
  • Ensure full compliance to external or internal audits
  • Maintain the highest ethical and intergrity standards iin all internal dealings and relationship
  • Ensure critical hazards are identified and associated risks are controlled effectively
  • Demonstrate ADMI behaviortal standards: Integrity, Quality Performance and Customer Servce Excellence in all internal and externale dealings/relationship

Minimum Qualifications

  • A degree in Psychology, Social Science, Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field required
  • With at least 5yrs of experience in a managerial position in a highly professional organization
  • With proven senior management experience with a broad scope of responsibility in the logistics industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in government legislation (LTFRB, LTO, DENR, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in Human Resource management with at least a specialization in recruitment and staffing, compensation management, payroll administration, training, and development
  • Knowledgeable in the formulation of corporate policies, procedures, and standards
