Job Description
KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are engaged mostly with US and European clients, and are involved in various cutting-edge e-commerce projects. We are looking for a Shopify Developer and create opportunities to make real impact in our e-commerce projects and be a key member of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development of eCommerce websites on the Shopify platform, including creating custom design.
- Modify and update existing sites to implement new features and further improve UI/UX.
- Build, implement, and test new website features.
- Test and optimize sites for desktop, mobile, cross-browser compatibility and SEO.
- Strategize and manage timelines and task management for site launches and updates.
- Work on multiple sites and projects at the same time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Shopify Development.
- Experience in Liquid, jQuery, Javascript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience in AJAX, JSON, Node.js, Ruby on Rails is a plus.
- Knowledge of Shopify best practices.
- Experience with coding HTML emails.
- Must be able to code for custom development as opposed to using existing Shopify templates.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with proven ability to communicate complex ideas and to design and document projects in clear, concise way.
- Strong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, Excellent follow-up, project and time management skills.
- Willing to work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
