Job Description
- Provide end-to-end project management for website projects
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget with the management team
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress of every website projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Ensuring that the SEO requirements are completed in projects
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new technologies to use
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a website project manager.
- Project management, planning, verbal & written communication.
- Excellent organization, time management skills, analytical skill and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in general web languages (PHP), eCommerce & CMS platforms.
- Excellent knowledge in Shopify, Agile & Scrum or ather management tools.
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
- Excellent English skill both written and verbal, proficiency in French will be a major plus point.
- Web savvy, analyzing information, perspective & problem solving thinking.
- General knowledge and insights in various industry/businesses.
- Deep understandment of SEO and Google SEO requirements.
