Store Supervisor  

JOB SUMMARY

In charge of overseeing a team of store personnel within a designated branch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the maintenance and daily operations of the branch
• Responsible for all store operational concerns (including but not limited to staff schedule, branch maintenance, filing, and others)
• Ensures that all branch staff or sales associate deliver exceptional customer service to clients
• Communicates and holds the team & self accountable for achieving daily goals, sales, productivity and development of the branch
• Disseminates tasks and orders to staff
• Provides recommendations and solutions in terms of sales, promotions, and advertisements for the assigned branch
• Monitors slow or non-moving stocks of the branch
• Coordinates with necessary department (HR, Warehouse, etc.) in line with the branch operations
• Coordinates with other branch store supervisors for standardized operations and processes
• Evaluates and requests for need for Manpower, in coordination with the Management and HR Department
• In charge of forecasting and item requests
• Monitoring of supplies and inventory management of the branch
• Checks the flow of store performance daily, weekly, and monthly thru sales monitoring
• Contributes to management meetings, offering store developments and improvements
• Participates in training programs as deemed necessary by the Management
• Maximizes team and individual performance through proper guidance and feedback
• Directly reports to the President/Management in line with the branch operations

• College graduate/Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least two (2) years working experience related to the field specializing in Sales, Retail, Staff Management
• Effective communication and leadership skills
