Operations Executive | Mandarin  

The company is in the gaming industry and looking for an Operation Executive to join their team.

The Candidate is responsible for planning, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the operations. He/She may work closely with management staffs to make sure that the applied strategies reached its target and operate effectively. Preparation and oversight of the operational budget. Development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits.

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our products, features and services and how customers use them Work closely with internal teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources Other related ad hoc tasks

• Work location is in Manila, Philippines
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both in written and oral
• Proven working experience in operations management
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Able to work independently to meet the deadline and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and able to work under stress and multi-tasking
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
