Job Description
The responsibilities of Technical Support Representative is mainly provide support customer service software and taking directions from client's head of customer experience for other administrative tasks as needed on an ongoing basis. Other tasks may handle customer concerns promptly and appropriately, endorsed and/or escalate issues as necessary and as dedicated by a helpdesk practice.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a High school graduate/College level/Diploma/Bachelors degree
- With at least 2 year and up experience int the same industry;
- With experience in voice/nonvoice account is a plus but not required;
- Above average communications skill with american accent is required;
- Willing to work in BGC and in a nightshift schedule.
- Can start ASAP.
