Job Description
- Initiate end-to-end user research, from ideation, gathering data, executing research, create a meaningful insight, and report result and suggestion to stakeholders.
- Familiar with various UX research method,
- Able to formulate research result to actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, improvements, features, or functionality problem and translate it into end-to-end development plan.
- Able to initiate any improvement or new feature that you think is necessary for KoinWorks developments
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiar with various UX research & design method,
- Able to design the overall functionality of mobile apps & web,
- Able to translate concepts into user flows, wireframe, mockup and prototypes
- Identify design problems & able to formulate and self-initiate solutions
- Able to perform various testing method and gain critical insight from it,
- Able to sketch and communicate design purpose well to any stakeholders using any platform from pencil to software
- Able to define right design improvement and evaluate its success
