Job Description
KoinWorks is hiring Customer Operation Executive for connecting relationship between customer and the company through excellent services.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day communication for both inquiries and complaints from customers and potential customers
- Handle administrative duties related with customers
- Involve in every Operations activities and ensure the Operations work properly
- Taking care of incoming / outgoing letters, vendors and partners management and general affairs
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Operations and Co-Founders
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a banking or financial background would be a plus
- Analytical Thinking
- Creative (Out of the Box Ideas)
- Have great initiatives and observation skill
- Effective Communication Skill in Bahasa and English
- Able to work well independently and within a team
