Job Description
- Identifying, developing, coordinating and delivering an appropriate and relevant induction training programme to ensure that all new recruits undergo a level of ‘on the job’ induction appropriate to their role in conjunction with the corporate induction;
- Responsible for and proactively drive the design, development and effective delivery of training to the organisation’s employees within defined timescales;
- Constantly improve skill sets and quality of performance through ongoing training and development of its people;
- Proactively identify areas of development across the organisation as a whole;
- Assess the effectiveness of training delivery & content through formal and ongoing validation;
- Maintain good relationships with key line managers and ensuring;
- Maintain effective communication with clients to establish training needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from all majors;
- A good problem solver and have an ability to manage change and innovation;
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills;
- Self motivated and proven ability to motivate others;
- Possess confidence and professionalism, having a good interacting skill;
- Having at least 1-2 years experience in the same field;
- Able to operate Ms. Office.
