Job Description
- Mempersiapkan data serta pengelolaan dokumen terkait aktivitas kerjasama dengan pihak internal dan eksternal kampus.
- Mengelola akun UMN dalam kaitannya mengunggah dokumen digital terkait departemen (Kemenristekdikti, perijinan, dll)
- Membuat materi desain untuk promosi ataupun untuk menunjang program kerja department
- Mengelola aktivitas implementasi program International Office
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Lulusan S1 Ilmu Komunikasi, Management, Hubungan Internasional, Seni, Sastra Inggris
- Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama (International Office) di Universitas
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan koordinasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan dihadapan publik dengan baik
- Mempunyai kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Aktif & Pasif
- Mampu menggunakan aplikasi yang berguna untuk administrasi (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Bisa membuat desain materi publikasi menjadi nilai tambah
- Menguasai bahasa asing selain Bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah
