Job Description
Responsible to support the organization in human resources management function: recruitment, training, development & performance management systems and legal & industrial relation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management,Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good in human approach capability, flexible, creative, independent & good interpersonal skill.
