Job Description
Membuat modul pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
- Materi teori.
- Case study: Best practice untuk aplikasi pembelajaran serta pertanyaan dan panduan jawaban.
- Project assignment: Suatu tugas untuk membantu aplikasi pembelajaran.
- Evaluation checklist/guideline: Berisikan indikator perilaku yang menunjukkan penerapan pembelajaran.
- Daftar referensi.
Minimum Qualifications
- Menyukai untuk membaca banyak referensi tertulis terkait suatu topik.
- Memiliki kemampuan sintesis pemahaman materi ke dalam bahasa tulisan yang efektif dan relevan bagi user.
- Memiliki minat di bidang pengembangan sumber daya manusia, terutama di konteks industri dan organisasi.
- Mampu bekerja teliti dan cepat.
