Product Marketing Associate - HARIAN KOMPAS  

Responsible for analyzing Kompas assets, develop programs and events owned by Kompas, conduct forecasting and gap analysis, as well as providing recommendations regarding market trends for revenue business models. Developing Kompas products to make always in line with market needs and able to achieve Kompas revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Development of Kompas product commercialization and analyze the commercial potential of industry trends
2. Develop a profile product deck that will be used as sales tools
3. Refreshment of the existing Kompas product to find new room for revenue growth and number of new clients
4. Work closely with the strategy team to build relationships and capture the needs of top 5 Brand clients in the priority industry categories, as well as make recommendations for program collaboration strategies with Kompas.
5. Make an analysis of revenue business model recommendations to accelerate Kompas revenue.
6. Conducting Kompas product development (refreshment/new) and monitoring the percentage of unsold inventory with a multiplatform approach according to the increase in Kompas revenue.
7. Conduct post buy analysis to evaluate and recommend Kompas programs and products.
8. Conducting forecasting and gap analysis of Kompas income so that Kompas products can meet the specified target.
9. Conduct reviews and recommendations related to industry trends and clients who collaborate with Kompas and clients who have not collaborated with Kompas through secondary data analysis
10. Monitor economic trends (macro/micro) that have an impact for Kompas industry and revenue through research results from research institutes, journals, and other publications

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Have 3-5 years experiences in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Product Development / Product Experience
• Have good presentation and negotiation skills
• Have the ability to compose an integrated marketing campaign
• Have good analytical and conceptual skills
• Have an understanding of NIELSEN, and Google Analytics
