Job Description
- Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh kegiatan operasional
- Mencatat data pekerjaan lapangan
- Membuat estimasi material kebutuhan dilapangan
- Membuat schedule pekerjaan
- Memastikan SOP dan operasional berjalan dengan lancar
- Melakukan kontrol dan evaluasi ke area wilayah kerja
Minimum Qualifications
- Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja sebagai Supervisor Operasional minimal 2 tahun
- Berjiwa pemimpin, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, cepat beradaptasi, aktif, dinamis dan mampu mengambil keputusan
- Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik, disiplin, teliti, pekerja keras dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
- Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
- Mengerti tentang Kebun Raya dan Tanaman hias akan menjadi nilai tambah
