Job Description
- Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh kegiatan operasional
- Mencatat data pekerjaan lapangan
- Membuat estimasi material kebutuhan di lapangan
- Membuat schedule pekerjaan
- Memastikan SOP dan operasional berjalan dengan lancar
- Melakukan kontrol dan evaluasi ke area wilayah kerja
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil/Elektrik
- Pengalaman dibidang yang sama minimal 2 tahun
- Menguasai pengetahuan dibidang struktur dan konstruksi
- Menguasai spesifikasi dan standar pekerjaan civil
- Mampu membaca gambar bangunan/AutoCAD/PC, membuat dan menghitung estimasi budget biaya RAB
- Berjiwa pemimpin, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, cepat beradaptasi, aktif, dinamis, pekerja keras dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
- Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
