- Design and implement strategic planning for marketing programs appropriately and regularly, both online and offline, with the aim of increasing student enrollment targets and increasing MNS brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs in increasing student enrollment targets.
- Establish good relationships with prospective parents to find out needs and provide appropriate information to parents so that parents are interested in enrolling their children at MNS.
- Build and maintain good relationships with the media and school partners
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify MNS growth opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
- At least three years of experience in the field of marketing & sales
- Able to think creatively, analytically, and strategically to be able to design marketing programs
- Have good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy, able to utilize the latest technology to support promotional activities
- Resilient and competitive in an effort to achieve student admission targets
- Fluent in English, both oral and written;
