Job Description
- Design and implement the MNS curriculum for preschool and primary school.
- Design standardised methods for assessing and measuring the learning objectives of MNS students.
- Develop and implement MNS's learning administration.
- Ensure that academic policies and curricula are implemented in following with MNS regulations.
- Supervise and guide MNS teaching staff to maintain quality educational standards by with academic and curriculum policies.
- Develop and implement training programs for MNS teaching staff to ensure education program delivery meets quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree majoring in education (a master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in developing the Cambridge Curriculum or Pearson Curriculum.
- Thorough understanding of the Cambridge or Pearson curriculum.
- Have good knowledge of management and policies in education.
- Tech-savvy and updated on innovations in technology that facilitate education
- Have good communication and effective teamwork
- Able to think creatively, analytically, and strategically to be able to design curriculum.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
