Content Operations Specialist  

Responsibilities:

• Understand the product’s key features, and the community’s culture and preferences and build and continue to improve an interest-based content ecosystem, including influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional content creators and agencies
• Create a methodology for identifying, tracking, and segmenting content
• Monitor key metrics of content performance to improve the quality of our content and refine the community culture
• Lead trending content operation, push notification management, and community governance and enhancement with stakeholders

Calamansi is a content community powered by AI technology. Available on iOS, and Android, Calamansi offers the trending social media topics shared by users in the Philippines and abroad to facilitate conversations, connect people, inspire people to learn, and keep them engaged and entertained. Our mission is to create the best online community in Southeast Asia.

As a Content Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for setting the content strategy and executing its creation and distribution to drive inbound traffic, nurture leads through the funnel, and drive user engagement. Utilizing a combination of content marketing expertise and creativity, you will create, optimize and distribute content that engages and educates our target audiences and continues to position Calamansi as the leader of online community in Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Pop culture and Gen-Z users’ interests and behaviors
• Have a strong interest in social media and building communities
• A meme lover; have insights into trending topics
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with ease across internal teams, as well as external partners
• Knowledgeable about the internet industry; curious learner and self-starter; have strong interpersonal skills; can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and respond well to unexpected and high-pressure challenges
