Job Description
- Proper receiving, recording and timely distribution to concerned AP Clerk various billings and documents received from Luzon and Vismin suppliers, service providers and/or employees of LFUG GOC;
- Timely and proper recording in SAP (parking) of Billings received per company containing required information based on the established template;
- Proper receiving of DRs (trucking) per plant and monitoring of those that are not yet transmitted to AP;
- Assist in check releasing ensuring all payments made are authorized with proper approvals and covered by valid Official Receipts in accordance with LFUG GOC policies and BIR guidelines;
- Handle queries and/or requests of internal and external customers AP team including but not limited to updating the status of checks for pick-up/deposit;
- Assist in validating the status of Statement of Accounts of vendors. service providers per company based on SAP document monitoring schedules;
- Assist in timely updating of the status of checks released and details of payments in SAP monitoring schedule per company;
- Assist in the timely reporting of released/unreleased checks per company;
- Filing of paid vouchers per vendor ensuring proper labels and arrangement for easy monitoring and retrieval, as necessary.
- Must be willing to travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- Minimum 6-months relevant work experience
- Experience with MS Office and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Information management skills
