Job Description
- Creates the Maintenance Plan for the plant in terms of Building, Equipment and Perimeter Maintenance;
- Implements, Monitors and updates the Maintenance Plan for the plant as needed;
- Negotiates with contractors for the best price for each maintenance jobs;
- Ensure that the schedule of maintenance is strictly followed;
- Troubleshoots problems related to each of the food processing machinery and equipment;
- Recommends additional maintenance work as needed;
- Operates the boiler, genset and wastewater treatment plant on a daily basis;
- Creates all the necessary report as required by management;
- Does daily backwash on the Water softener;
- Creation of Purchase Request for all maintenance related items on SAP;
- Receiving of all maintenance items physically and on SAP;
- Inventory Monitoring of all maintenance related items i.e consumables and spare parts;
- Coordinates with suppliers on troubleshooting and maintenance checkup of various food processing machinery and equipment;
- Monitors and records performance of refrigeration units and schedules maintenance as needed;
- Monitors and records daily usage of fuel and electricity.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan
***Interview will be held in our BGC, Taguig Office***
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years proven experience as maintenance staff
- The skills and knowledge required would generally be obtained with previous experience in building cleaning and maintenance work.
- Good in Report preparation and Job Checklist creation
- Expert in planning, coordination and execution
- Thorough working knowledge of facility equipment units, their usage, and safety procedures
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan/Pampanga
- A detail-oriented, flexible, dependable and punctual work ethic
