Job Description
Are you passionate? A perpetual solver of problems? Are you proactive, dedicated to honing your skills, and persistent in completing and executing tasks? Then we want you to join our team at Lalamove! We are currently seeking for an outgoing, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team, based in Manila.
What you will be doing:
- Build and maintain a longterm relationship with drivers
- Plan, organize, and execute different acquisition campaigns and activities to increase Lalamove driver supply
- Attract and retain drivers by conducting trainings, and handling inquiries
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
- Perform warm call & cold calls to build rapport with customers and drivers, as well as to identify new business opportunities
- Constantly maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining drivers on the platform
- Actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, incentify and rule the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers to maximize driver retention
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- An outgoing and open-minded personality that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background)
- An ambitious individual who has a go getter attitude to bring solutions and ideas to our daily operations needs
- Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality
- Autonomous and adaptable attitude to cope with an ever-changing working environment
- Strong understanding to follow company procedures: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
