Operations Supervisor

The day-to-day tasks of the Operations team include scheduling and training drivers, and managing our existing fleet (whether it’s motivating them or making sure they know what the rules are).

The Opportunity:

• Driver acquisition & training: Constantly maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining drivers on the platform.
• Driver and Community management: Actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, incentivize and manage the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers to maximize driver retention
• Understanding driver operations standards: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Assist the Operations Supervisor in managing the day-to-day activities of the Driver Operations team
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management or operational role with front-facing opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications preferred
• Positive, passionate, proactive, self-starter, and attentive to details
• Demonstrated ability to learn as needed to meet ever changing operational needs
• The ability to produce accurate work results and a high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Filipino
• Amenable to work in Makati City
