Agent Operations Specialist (Trainer)

As Agent Operations Specialist, you will be the first line in onboarding thousands of agents to become the most professional agent. As part of the agent operations team, you and your teammates will provide group training, one-on-one guidance and support to our agents about our apps and provide them skills —helping each agent maximize their potential, by;

Provide application and skill training in groups

• Walk the agents through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on our platform
• Build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with the agents
• Help existing agents troubleshoot any issues they experience
• Stay on top of our new policies, procedures, and programs that affect the agents
• Help to develop training material
• Work with the Support Operations team to make our agent processes even better
• Assist with events and promotions as needed (occasionally off-site, during off-hours or weekends)

• Have a Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C relationship management, community management, training or customer service
• Proven results in metrics-driven client advocacy and satisfaction environment
• Must have strong relationship-building skills and experience maneuvering internally within a large corporation and externally within a client organization
• Strong presentation skills needed
• Charismatic and can inspire people
• Must be articulate, thorough, and a process-minded individual
• Ability to pay close attention to detail a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow the person to adapt to people of all types of audiences and backgrounds
• Proactive, energetic, self-motivated
• Willing to travel
