Procurement Specialist  

What a day at work for you will look like:

• You will monitor and also ensure all the conditions of the company general asset and services are always working properly, such as building (include but not limited to electricity, ventilation system, air condition, cleanliness, etc), and office equipment.
• You will be doing preventive maintenance to all company general assets.
• You will make purchases of goods upon request by all departments from key vendors and work closely with these vendors.
• You will negotiate with vendors to get the best price.You will check the payment process made by finance.
• You will review the existing vendor and look for the new potential appropriated vendor related to general services activities, also related to repair and maintenance of the company general asset.
• You will manage PO, Invoice and Payment for Office Rental, Consumable Supplies, Utilities consumption, projects, etc.
• You will make a booked flight or accommodation for a related department who will be having a Business Trip.

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university 3 – 5 years working experience as General Affair, Procurement, or Purchasing with above scope of works
• Able to communicate in both Indonesia and English
• Have strong communication and negotiation skill
• Able to work with deadlines
• Strong communication and personal interaction skill, warm and humble
