We are currently in the process of looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing team. You will be our front-line in supporting our big B2B clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring client success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will be a generalist, a project manager while also maintaining client relations.
Our mission is to provide any Indonesian with the most trustworthy and reliable way to buy a property. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach.
What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will ensure the personal development of your team by conducting needed training for your team improvement.
- You will work closely with the Business Development team to successfully onboard new clients and help develop effective digital marketing campaigns
- You will ensure priority and manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- You will understand client needs and requirements, making a plan to meet all the client requirements, and making sure the internal teams execute your plan
- You will carry out some 'hands-on' elements such as analyzing and drawing insight from creative teams, performance marketing, and content teams
- You will analyze client campaign performance, prepare and give presentations to the client to discuss results
- You will analyze and optimize the campaign to generate growth, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction

The position reports to Senior Client Success Manager. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.

- A bachelor degree from reputable Indonesian university or foreign university
- Minimum 4 years experience in account management
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management
- Experience as top performer in previous account management role with good client's retention/renewal rate result
- Excellent communication skill both Indonesia and English
- Excellent objection handling and negotiation skill
- Excellent B2B relationship building skill
- Excellent analysis skill / high level critical thinking
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Strong ownership and commitment for helping each client to reach maximum success point in the project
