About the challenge

Do you have great communication and presentation skills? Are you someone who enjoys building relationships to bring the partnership to the table? Are you looking for a great place to start or further your career?

In this opportunity, you will be trained to be a robust Account Executive and will learn about maintaining extending accounts (customers) and develop new accounts for the company. Your role is to bring partnerships with property offices.

Our mission is to provide any Indonesian with the most trustworthy and reliable way to buy a property. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach.

What a day at work for you will look like:

  • You will introduce and do presentations to most property offices about our services
  • You will onboard property offices to use our products
  • You will advise your customers on the best products for them to use
  • You will build connections with property offices on a daily basis
  • You will manage your pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce) and keeping management up to date on your progress

Minimum Qualifications

Is this you?

  • Can-do attitude: Sees solutions and is able to act upon them
  • Excellent Pitching Skills: Someone who can impress every client with a structured and personalized story
  • Excellent communicator: Able to speak clearly and directly through a friendly tone which can convey respect and empathy
  • Public Speaking: Ability to speak and presentation in large audience settings
  • Relationship Building & Negotiation skills: Developing social connections to sustain commercial relationships. Understands what makes a customer tick and can get always get a deal that makes all parties happy

  • Have at least a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Have minimum 1-year work experience in Direct Selling
  • Have a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup
  • You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description
  • You own a private transport (car/motorbike)
