What a day at work for you will look like:

• You will work closely with our Head of Affiliate Sales to strategize, plan and execute the growth and expansion into new cities.
• You will plan for and lead the recruitment, set up sales operations and manage local teams in different areas towards meeting their targets.
• You will lead by example and create a high-performance culture, by setting the right targets, boundaries, and a competitive atmosphere.
• You will maintain effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• You will drive incremental business growth across metrics in your assigned areas.
• You will play a key role in performing strategic and process improvement initiatives with an open mind, as we scale the business across regions.

• Knows how to run a tight ship: Their own as well as their team's. Is on top of all necessary SLA's & SOP's, and has the stamina to continuously manage and improve their team while meeting tight deadlines and targets.
• Critical and resourceful: A 'why' person. Thinks critically and puts in the additional effort to get to the right conclusion, dares to challenge the status quo, and is always on the lookout to improve
• Interpersonal skills: Can easily create and maintain relationships with any potential partner
• Mature, ambitious, and self-driven: leads by example, doesn't get distracted, bring the fire to work every single day.
• Thrives in adversity: love to interlacing the beauty of chaos into a structured design system that brings the finest outcome out of the various situation
• University degree holders from a top tier Indonesian or foreign university
• 6-10 years of work experience managing a mid to large team (10 people or more), with 4 years of manager-level role (experience in the property industry is beneficial but not a prerequisite).
• High level of aptitude, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and resilience to perform at a high level and under pressure.
