The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for the development of functional and appealing web and mobile-based applications through design, based on usability using a combination of markup languages to design and write web pages and mobile screens. He/she must create quality mockups and prototypes on tight timelines and assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting. He/she must maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product's interface. He/she must stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and promote usability best practices.
The Senior UX/UI Designer must have an understanding of layout aesthetics and expertise in user interface know-how with CSS, HTML, JavaScript and jQuery. He/she must have an understanding of the entire web and mobile development process, including design, development and deployment, with some back-end knowledge.
The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for interpreting and executing designs correctly, which means he/she must be able to effectively communicate with the product and development team. Must adapt quickly to new web design and application trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design web and mobile application pages and screens
- Implement designs via markup languages such as HTML and CSS
- Create wireframes and mockups
- Design and create other product and marketing collaterals
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years related experience
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Photoshop and/or Sketch
- iOS and/or Material Design
