Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our commercial team for our sales and account management hiring. This person is a key partner in managing recruitment activities, building candidate networks though social media sourcing techniques and working effectively with internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills as well have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice.
Responsibilities
- Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, universities - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates.
- Proactively research, create and manage candidate generation through innovative strategies, utilizing sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, network groups and social media.
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates according to client specifications
- Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Provide general and varied administrative support to the recruitment team
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role for sales and account management hiring
- Has exposure in market analysis and liaison with schools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
