As a member of The Lamudi Academy Team, the Learning and Development Associate’s main contribution would be to create and facilitate learning solutions, centered on the learner and driven by client needs.
Professional Development of our clients, business partners and end-users:
- Build and enhance learning solutions for specific programs, based on identified learning needs and aligned with Academy standards and methodologies.
- Facilitate learning events through a variety of platforms, both synchronous and later in-person.
- Maintain session/event, content, and facilitator analytics to assess the success of the deployed learning solution.
Minimum Qualifications
The Learning and Development Associate is expected to represent the team and Lamudi as a Learning Partner for both internal and external clients by demonstrating the following:
Platform Skills:
- Tech savvy. Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications.
- Presentation skills. Delivers engaging learning experiences aligned with Academy standards and methodologies.
- Project Management. Seamlessly manages projects from end-to-end, with keen attention to details and SOPs, while maintaining good stakeholder relations.

- Customer focus. Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Ownership. Manages projects and tasks from end-to-end with the utmost care, attention to detail, and drive for success.
- Nimble learning. Stays curious; actively learning through experimentation when tackling new challenges, using both successes and failures as learning fodder to contribute to team goals and for continuous professional development.
- Interpersonal savvy. Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
