- Driving end to end tool adoption among all seller segments through project management with category teams and seller engagement teams
- Ensuring proper and timely usage of traffic and promotional tools effectively impacts the sales of platform sellers
- Owning the roll-out of new tools and features at local level: defining SOPs, training material, reporting and tracking
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, account management and/or sales
- Excellent English & Indonesian speaking-listening-writing skills. Mastering of Mandarin is a plus
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
- Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Knowledge of mobile development and UI/UX design is an advantage
