Job Description
- Driving traffic to our seller registration page and of increasing the number of new sellers joining the platform every month.
- Driving and steering the performance of the channels through which Lazada allows anyone to sell in Philippines.
- Monitor seller inflow marketing performance to determine where improvements can be made
- Help Online Marketing team plan and execute campaigns in Adwords for Google Display Network and Universal App Campaign
- Organize marketing campaigns in LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Control online marketing budget for Seller Inflow marketing campaigns
- Work closely with Graphic Designer to AB test performance of different creatives and copies.
- Analyze channel performance in order to get best practices and make recommendations
- Own the whole process where sellers are on-boarded, trained, and let go to maximize their e-commerce business
- Directly interact with senior stakeholders and help them to improve their performance
- Lead and improve key aspects of seller inflow and incubation operations
- Lead and assist in facilitating key processes of the seller inflow and incubation functions, from budgeting to long-term strategic planning
- Have autonomy to improve processes within the function
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interest in driving business improvements through analysis and data-driven decision making
- Work experience in analytics, performance marketing, consulting, investment banking, or other quantitative positions
- Process oriented with ability to manage to scale
- Outstanding analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
