Job Description
This position will directly report to the regional data manager and will be responsible to support the Customer Care Team with the following:
- Translate business users’ requirements into automated BI solutions
- Design and implement KPIs
- Analyze, model and interpreted data
- Assess the quality of the data
- Document business requirements, KPI’s definition, and deriving logic

- Location: Manila
- Strong experience with SQL
- Experience with Python is preferable
- Good understanding of relational databases and database schemas
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Good understanding on ecommerce industry and customer experience
